Are these the same two corvids as in DCSF2351?

The picture in this post is pretty non-descript in terms of being definitive about whether they are rooks or carrion crows - although I favour the latter. Those in DSCF2351 are more clearly carrion crows.

There were four birds cahsing the buzzard, the other two are in the other picture.
