Sweep nets

Sweep nets are a collectors - recorders tool. With the naked eye I doubt if one would get to see more than 1 to 10% of what is out there in the field. There is also a form of cloth tray, which is used to tap/beat bugs onto. On some, one side is loose so it can conform to a shape, a tree trunk for an example. In that instance one would use a brush to sweep the trunk.
