Sea Sandwort (Honckenya peploides).

Carpet of low growing plants/ creeping, 5 inches high max, with fleshy leaves, small white flowers (mostly over) and globular yellow/green fruits growing on sand and shingle around sandstone boulders on Scottish coastal headland.
