Found under my cooker whilst spring cleaning it, 13 mm long.
No interactions present.
This was retrieved from under my cooker it is 13 mm long, has a red/brown head and two pairs of fore legs, four pairs of legs separated from a pair of hind clasper's.

That's a good suggestion and I hadn't considered it, but having checked them I think the head shape is more like Endrosis (Plodia seems to have a concave bit at the back of the head).
Can you pop round and do under our's as well please
