Can you count the stamens, please?

*rolls eyes*

Without being able to count stamens, it's going to be hard to be definitive.

But C. hirsuta normally has 0-4 stem leaves, whereas the biennial/perennial C. flexuosa has 4-7 stem leaves, so going from this photo, I'd say it is more likely to be C. hirsuta.
