Description:

Flat leaves (looking a little like Yew) held singly, stiffly, with a "parting" when viewed from underneath.
Truncated ornamental specimen tree (one of three) in public park. Presumably the council chopped them to prevent them getting too large.
Foliage really does smell of grapefruit when crushed in the fingers!
