Is it the black 2/3 of hind

Is it the black 2/3 of hind tibia that distinguishes H hybridus from H pendulus?

on females usually, yes. You can also see it's not trivittatus as the face isn't all-yellow and the build is shorter

Also,

the hind femur is lighter than normal, a suggestion that this is a recent emergent, (teneral), maybe..?
