Description:

Orangy yellow, finely ridged and slightly waxy cap. Bright yellow gills. No stipe ring. Growing out of rotten wood, possibly Alder, in a mixed hedgerow. Stem similar in colour to the cap but dark brown in some examples, possibly due to age. No distinctive smell. The last 2 images are of a second, perhaps younger, example.
