The main stem is not erected. Unique flower. Leave wider than length. Leaves with teeths. Stem with hairs. Total height (In December !) about 10cm

No' I thought Arvensis
I understand Agrestis has oval sepals, but longer sleve's stem... isn't it ?

If you look at ...

... other observations of Veronica arvensis you'll see different foliage and darker flowers.

This looks like one of the field speedwells. (Veronica persica, Veronica agrestis - I think the flowers are too pale for Veronica polita - or some related species not found around here).

You may well be right and

You may well be right and this could be V. Agrestis, despite the fact that the flower was alone, but in December, it may well not be fully developed.
