Not sure of this, i have tried to show white on tail feathers, with the photo's. we have Rock Pipit, which tend to be greyer.

Amongst other things, the streaks on the flanks of Meadow are much finer and less blotchy, with a whiter ground colour to the underparts. The hind claw is also far longer on a Meadow Pipit...a very useful criterion.

Leg colour is quite variable, Isabel. In addition to the points I made above, the bill is too strong for a Meadow Pipit.
