Description:

Tapped off salix sp. albeit plenty of Oak close by.
---------------------------------------------------- Noting that, (now knowing the ID), the host plant is small-leaved lime, Tilia cordata, and sometimes common lime, T. x vulgaris, I can say both species are close by.

Glitch

Hi, I removed the comment, as I think there was a glitch. The image appeared as a different moth from a previous post, to me anyway.

I agree...

..Bucculatrix thoracella, based on the ground/base colour not being defused to the extent it is in B. ulmella.

Thanks to you both..!!
