No interactions present.
There other Tiger Whiptails which have blue tails as juveniles (including the Painted Desert Whiptail) so I can't be sure!
The New Mexico Whiptail is very similar too but this location is outside its normal range.
I think that C. t. septentrionalis is most likely. But iSpot works best without subspecies so I would just stick to C. tigris.
