... and therefore is presumably not an Allium. I was going to suggest the pale form of Succisa pratensis, but that has tetramerous flowers.

I did not look carefully. How about Valerianaceae?

... Valerianaceae as an identification, but I don't know them well enough to identify from an inflorescence alone. In particular I wasn't ready to make a call between Dipsacacae and Valerianaceae, especially outside Britain.

I like the proposition of Valeriana, but agree in that it is difficult to confirm V.Pyreneica with this picture
