Can't really help as I've never seen twinflower either, but it is in the same family as honeysuckle apparently. The stems have got quite a honeysuckle look to them, though the leaves aren't typical honeysuckle shaped - but they can vary quite a bit. Maybe someone familiar with twinflower will help out - I'd quite like to know now!
The leaves do look right for twinflower; a smooth edge with a few notches. Also, in picture 2 right in the centre there is a pair of withered flowers on a stem.
