It has a yellow tinged chest and throat and pale stripe above the eye.

You may well be right, but there is not really a good enough view to be certain of an agreement. The face looks right, but the legs look dark and, unfortunately, the primary projection is not clear. Quite a late date for Willow, too.
My Flickr photos...
On the basis that the highest confidence level has not been used and I think the primary projection (though not clear, the angle doesn’t help) looks long I’ve agreed with Willow.
Yes, that second photo shows a very willow-like face, with a clear supercilium. Legs look brownish to me.
Thanks everybody. The bird was very agile, difficult to get a clear view with my camera. What drew my attention to this bird was it sang loudly in the bush.
I hesitate to ask, but what was its song like?
That would be the clincher. Just be aware that Chiffchaff does show a boldish supercilium sometimes and that it does have a yellowish breast sometimes. Pretty sure it is a Willow Warbler...but some of the best birders around go wrong on these, sometimes!
I'd go with a Phylloscopus warbler - the second photo appears to have whitish eye ring pointing to Chiffchaff
