Anyone recognize this? Its planted, but it has the look of a herb that's evolved insular woodiness, which might make it native to the Canary Islands (where I saw it). Glaucous and hairy. No flowers or fruit. Can't find anything quite like it in Bramwell's Flora of the Canary Islands. Maddening!
