Found near water approx 6mm long. It reminded me of a very tiny caddisfly.
No interactions present.
I think these are sometimes referred to as "Needle Stoneflies" as if it is 6mm long it is clearly very thin.

Yes, certainly a Leuctrid or "Needle fly." Small, thin stoneflies with the wings rolled around their bodies.
