Position re. silver birch - 2 mature clumps
Clump at the juvenile stage

The main clump of juveniles appeared very rapidly ca. 1/11/2012. The mature clump is ca. 1 week later. They appeared under a mature silver birch tree in my garden - I haven't seen this sort of clump of caps in previous years.
A spore print from a mature cap produced very pale yellow spores - almost white.


Caution: Do NOT use iSpot to identify fungi to eat!

Some fungi are very poisonous so a mistaken ID could have serious consequences.
