Description:

This non-native toadstool appeared in a potted orchid pot in 2004. Only just found a good candidate for ID.

Identifications

Caution: Do NOT use iSpot to identify fungi to eat!

Some fungi are very poisonous so a mistaken ID could have serious consequences.

No interactions present.

Not sure if there are many

Not sure if there are many similar species but this yellow one (or species looking very much like this) does appear quite commonly in glasshouses and botanic gardens.

I'll do that, what is the normal route for submitting records? I had a look on the BMS website but couldn't see any obvious route.
