Description:

On oak stump about 3 years old. Grey white thick knobbly stem, flattish bracket dirty white in centre with brownish rings at periphery. Very tough. Has ivy growing through it - presumably ivy was there first!Pores linear, not round.

Identifications

Caution: Do NOT use iSpot to identify fungi to eat!

Some fungi are very poisonous so a mistaken ID could have serious consequences.
