Parasol mushroom

I suspect it's a parasol mushroom (Macrolepiota procera). You need to look at the stem - does it have a brown "snake skin" marking?

Snake skin

Just uploaded a few more pictures of this group that I took yesterday, which certainly shows the snake skin marking.

And I just bought Roger Phillips' Mushrooms, so now actually have something to look them up in before I post any more observations!
