On fringes of birch/pine clump, in rather open habitat

It's hard to tell from the photo, but from its gill colour it looks like wood woolly foot. If so it will (may) have a very hairy base to its stem.
If the colours haven't reproduced well it could also be sulphur tuft or Gymnopilus sp
It was a bit more orangey-brown than the picture suggests.
Sorry, I'm a complete novice on fungi, so appreciate your pointers for identifying features to look out for.
