It's an Agaricus

but Agaricus is a difficult genus, even with clarifications provided in Geoffrey Kibby's excellent guide. Best not to make guesses on rather elderly specimens (especially when I am very rusty on the genus). Colour changes on cutting, smell, spore size, etc. are all important in identification.
