Not sure....

....the flowers look possible for Solidago virgaurea, but the foliage is wrong: should be simple lanceolate leaves.

Unless all those flanged pinnatafid leaves belong to something else?

Oh poo...

....I thought of that (Mignonette), but I didn't think the spent flowers (ie fruits) had quite the right shape.

ANOTHER IMAGE

I have added a further imaged which I omitted initially because of the poor focus. It is difficult to be absolutely sure but some of the leaves do look lanceolate.....
