Unknown skull

Description:

We found a skull which was about the length and width of an adult hand and not very high - it was not unlike a small crocodile skull, it still had a small amount of 'bumpy' skin on it. The area just in front of the position of the eye socket on the top of the skull had several (about 3) upward curved spiny projections (like teeth - but on top of the head) on each side. Also at the position where the skull would have joined the spine was a yellowish 'finger like' projection. I'm a bit mystified as to the identity of this skull - anyone know?
