A mass of fungi which are brown in colour. Each measures about 7 to 10 cms across and about 10cms high. The gills are pale. They are growing in our garden around the base of a ?200 year old cypress and around the stump of a sycamore that was felled about ten years ago.


Caution: Do NOT use iSpot to identify fungi to eat!

Some fungi are very poisonous so a mistaken ID could have serious consequences.
