Pipit

I might have left that one at genus level, as it is so scruffy you could not easily rule out a different species. Appears to have quite a bold face pattern, but again, can't see it properly.

Yes Ian, I did consider just putting to genus/family, but thought it would be better to include at 'might be this' level as the photo was taken in June and the light streaking on the breast ruled out Rock Pipit. If there are any more photos available it would be good to see these.

Yes...fair enough. It ought to be a Meadow Pipit, I agree.
