Leaf Miner (Cameraria ohridella)

This pest has increased tremendously in recent years. Although it does not kill the tree, the conkers become too small for children to use.

Do kids still go conkering? I walk over hundreds that have fallen on the ground and they just stay there nowadays, back in the 70's if one fell from a tree there were 10 lads waiting to pick it up.
