Nice photo!

I've never seen a red squirrel in England but I saw several of them in Finland years ago whilst I was visiting my grandparents.

Red squirrel on Brownsea

I've often wondered are the red squirrels on Brownsea there because of, or despite the large numbers of scouts who stay at the camp each year? Having been a cub scout leader I am inclined to suspect it is a bit of both.

Red squirrel

Absolutely fantastic photo. Is this a youngster? It looks 'baby-faced', but difficult to judge body size.
