ivy

As you probably have noticed the leaves of ivy can look very different - they are "heterophyllous) - they tend to the diamond shape when near the reproductive parts and are "ivy" shaed in the vegetative parts.

Other plants show heterophylly especially aquatic plant with very different shaped leaves above and below water
