Description:

This looks to melike a wingless female Tiphiid wasp with ovipositor. I didn’t see any wings in a succession of 15 images, and don’t think wings were vibrating so frequently as not to be resolved by the camera.

'Collins', Chinery gives several Genera that have wingless females.

I am not sure what this is... but I can state confidently that it isn't a Tiphiid

Wingless ichneumon
