Really, you don't need to put Hybotidae in the name, as it confuses the system. Better to add it again just as Tachypeza nubila and add Hybotidae in the notes.

I gather that dance flies can still be referred to under Empididae (see Wikipedia); I was trying to avert any confusion on that particular score.
The genus Tachypeza seems to be part of the tribe Tachydromiini, through the Subfamily Tachydromiinae, which is part of the family Hybotidae, again part of the superfamily Empidoidea. The whole group has been fiddled with a lot in recent decades, though.
My point was just that your sighting would not appear next to any others of the same species, as the family name would prevent that. It's not that what you've done is wrong, just that on iSpot it muddles things. There are precious few pics of such interesting small flies on here, so keeping it simple would allow the pics to appear more readily.
