Can you explain, please, what leads you to think it is not a 22-spot?
Hi your ladybird larva body has no grey on it, whereas the thumbnail pic is mainly grey with some yellow, that is the only thing, other diagnostic feature are not visible eg head colour & whether warts are high or low on the side of 2nd & 3rd thoracic segments. Also bump/wart/spine on abdominal segment 1 m (middle) should be yellow. Having said all that, ladybird larvae do change as they develop. The key in Majerus & Kearns is for 4th instars.
Having compared your picture with that on EoL, your larva looks very similar to the example that is shown there, the only cause for concern is that there are no indicators shown on the map for Crete.
