Description:

Solitary bird spotted in drizzly conditions on a distant rocky outcrop near the Lizard Lighthouse. Not seen flying, so identification is a guess. Can anyone else see anything to assist the identification?

Identification Change

Agree that colouring is more suggestive of Kestrel than Sparrowhawk, so title changed.
