Buzzard
Description:

This mid-sized raptor was flushed from coastal woodland by corvids and was lost from view after 5-10 seconds. It appeared long-tailed and small headed but I believe this is positional and age related and consider this a juv Common Buzzard rather than juv Honey Buzzard. I was hoping for other thoughts/confirmation.

Buzzard?

I can see what you mean. The tail appears very long and seems to have rounded corners, and the neck does seem long. The location and time of year make Honey Buzzard possible, too. I can't make my mind up from the picture, as other features are obscured by the angle and the darkness of the image.
