Description:

Blue grey foliose lichen on wooden wind chimes in north facing suburban garden. Could be Flavoparmelia family??

Some fungi are very poisonous so a mistaken ID could have serious consequences.

Possibilities

Details difficult to see. Physcia adscendens and Physcia tenella are both blue-grey foliose lichens (along with lots of others!) You might try these names in the 'Search iSpot' panel and then compare the pictures provided with the lichen you have seen.

Parmelia?

Too out of focus to tell. Sorry. Probably a Parmelia amongst the Xanthoria (the orange one) and looks like a Physcia below, but critical detail needed. I don't think there is any Flavoparmelia in the shot.
