Lichen with cilia
Description:

Light blue-grey foliose lichen with narrow lobes covered with white blotches. Growing on hedgerow branch at edge of small wood. Lots of long cilia. Lecanorine apothecia. Discs look dark brown-black with pruinose covering. Looked like a mature thallus but no soredia observed. Possibly Physcia leptalea.
