Xanthoria calcicola
P1040135_possibly Xanthoria calcicola
Description:

Growing on a concrete bridge in farmland, orange-yellow foliose lichen thickly covered with coral-like isidia, no apothecia. Interestingly there are no isidia on the vertical part, only on the top of the wall. From a distance it looks very like Xanthoria parietina which is growing nearby on the same bridge. Because of the mass of isidia I believe this is Xanthoria calcicola.
I have tried time and again to get better detail in order to show the isidia properly, but have failed utterly. Sorry!
