Cap about 7cm across & wine-red, gills white with a stout wine-red stipe.

hard to say

I think know one is agreeing because this genus is very hard to identify by physical features alone.May I suggest you put it on as just russula and then put your thought's on the identification in the description section and I am sure you will have an agreement.I know you can buy chemical to test them but you need a microscope too.
