See also http://www.ispot.org.uk/node/298717 which is a tree about 50m away. I think this current observation looks more like Q. petrea but again might be a hybrid.
The leaf bases and long petioles are close to Q. petraea, so I would say this is either Q. petraea or the hybrid.
but the acorns have no petioles whereas on robur they are long
