Lesser bugloss (Lycopsis arvensis) ??

This could be the Bugloss, Anchusa arvensis.

Bugloss (A. arvensis)

Bugloss is an arable weed with bristly leaves. But it usually has more pronounced white honey guides (streaks on the petals). However, I think Bill is right.
