As others have commented on the other observations, grasses are tricky to ID unless you can see the relevant details such as various parts of the leaf and stem, and ideally the flowers. Information about habitat, size (both of the plant as a whole and of individual leaves) and growth form (whether in tussocks or clumps etc.) can also be helpful.
