does n't that close up one have mottled gills?

not sure

You have better eyesight than me as I cannot see any but that does not mean that there not.What a do you think it could be I was not totally convinced myself

If you zoom in fully to that

If you zoom in fully to that upside down cap where you can see the gills it looks to me as if they have some mottling and are not white. The still could be mycena but was wondering about paneolus or something with dark spores. sporeprint might be very helpful here.
