Very determined fly that appeared to be trying to lay eggs into bags of hen manure.

It should be Myathropa florea, best change it.

the print is too small in the id book for me to be confident in copying it. I better get better glasses!

Hint

Let iSpot do it for you and it will eliminate the chance of a mistake. Just start typing Myathr..... and it will give you options from a drop down, just select the correct one.

I have made mistakes in the past by cutting and pasting mis-spelt names.
