This bird flew up from grassland, through which the coastal path passed, up onto the sea-wall for a second or two.
No interactions present.
Certainly closer to a Wheatear than a Pipit...the general appearance does look about right, but I am only agreeing with the idea of 'might be'!

Going any further than Passeriformes with "I'm as sure as I can be" would probably not be wise.
Agree that is more likely to be Wheatear; title changed
