Hornwort

I was with an expert group from the BSBI and they agreed the ID. Hard to see in the picture, but there was definitely more than two branchings on most of the leaflets. It was not brittle or rigid in any way.
We looked at several ponds and it was the dominant plant in some of them.

The location?

When I click on Launde, Leics I get an arable field in Norfolk.

There's a known bug in iSpot ...

... where if you specify the location a maximum zoom in satellite mode it gets it wrong (to the degree that I've seen one in the Indian Ocean and another in the Gulf of Guinea).

It's possible to go back and fix the location.

Branching

Having re-read my comments, I am rather baffled by them! The 3 branches seem quite clear and I don't understand my tentative ID! My brain is usually awake by 9.30am.

Location

Now corrected - not sure how this happened as I usually let the GPS location from my camera stand.
