Perhaps Sympetrum vulgatum?

I wonder if this could actually be a female Moustached/Vagrant Darter?

The 'moustaches' are not obvious, but there is a darker mark on the sides of the frons in front of the eye (unfortunately probably within the variation of both Common and Moustached Darter!). However the vulval scale also looks fairly prominent in this photo, perhaps more prominent than it would be on a Common viewed from this angle (...but perhaps not!).
