St John's Wort

Certainly a Hypericum species but difficult to determine the species from the photo. Did it have the translucent spots on the leaves?

No translucent spots on leaves. I've posted the other photo I took. Is the reddish of the leaves important to ID. Looking at other pictures of St John's Wort there's no red.
