I decided not to give a confirmation to this in the end; it certainly looks most like typical S. media especially in flower colour, but the petals, although longer than typical S. marina, seem rather short and I would want to see the plant from a different angle (and check the seeds).
But definitely not S. rupicola. By the way, as you may already know, that does occur at Keyhaven in several spots on the concrete of the hard sea defences, so keep looking!
