Clusters of greenish

Clusters of greenish 4-petalled flowers, late spring clinch id. If no fruit a male, or a female with no mates. Cannot tell for sure from flower pic, but the centre of the flowers seem rather busy, as if crowded with anthers so i would suggest a male plant.
